Jaimie Teekell

I was born and raised in Houston, Texas. I was one of those kids that didn’t know what they wanted to major in, but I knew it needed to be something about people. Communications was a good fit; I’m a fan of psychology to this day. After college, I taught myself design because I had a knack for information hierarchy and organization. Web design eventually followed: I took a night class while working full time.

There’s a popular T-shirt that reads, “I wasn’t born in Texas, but I got here as soon as I could.” That’s how I feel about UX. If you’re curious about my work experience, I elaborate on the homepage

In 2017, I completed my master's degree in User Experience Design. This gave me a strong foundation in UX that will inform my design process for the rest of my career.

Jaimie is wildly intelligent, driven and fun to work with. She is willing to listen and implement your ideas but allowing her creative license to pull it all together is what will really set your project apart. Her ability to see all the angles and quickly understand purpose makes for a fun, collaborative environment.
